I went to visit the showroom having seen the advert around several roundabout junctions. It was a Saturday afternoon and the ladies were pleasant. I thought the gentleman in charge was quite rude to me, short when I asked questions and told me off when I pressed one of the remotes to see the fire working. Unless you are happy to be spoken to rudely, I would suggest you take your business elsewhere, I did. If this was the quality of their starter customer service, I would not hold any hope for them. Shame for the pleasant ladies having to work with a difficult, patronising boss!
